How to use medical paper titles

A number in square brackets beside a health claim matches one paper below. Show that paper to your doctor and ask whether the people studied were like you.

Some authors used hard medical words in their titles. In plain terms, the tesamorelin papers ask about belly fat, liver fat, growth hormone, and blood sugar. The retatrutide papers ask whether three hormone actions changed weight, sugar, liver fat, or pulse. The BPC papers ask how animals cleared the compound and whether it helped blood vessels grow. Those titles remain as the authors wrote them.

Most entries include a lasting paper number and link. If one is broken, use the contact page. I’d keep the bracketed number with your question. You won’t need to decode every word alone. That’ll keep the paper easy to find.
