Are your peptides intended for human use or consumption?
No. All products sold by Prime Research Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption, injection, or therapeutic use.
What does “for research use only” mean?
This means our products are intended solely for laboratory and in vitro research purposes. They are not approved for use in humans or animals for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
How are your peptides tested?
Our peptides undergo rigorous third-party testing, including HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), Mass Spectrometry, and Endotoxin testing, to ensure purity, identity, and safety for research use.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every product comes with a third-party tested Certificate of Analysis verifying purity, identity, and quality.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended to maintain stability.
Where do you ship from, and how long does shipping take?
We ship from within the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, with delivery times depending on the selected shipping method.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I track my order after it ships?
Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States to ensure compliance with domestic research regulations.
